This notice explains how Vade Nutrition, Inc. handles information in the Team VADE Athlete Portal and supplements the VADE Nutrition Privacy Policy.

We collect the information you submit to apply, onboard, and participate, including your name, email, profile photo, hometown, optional biography and interests, social profile links, apparel size, and shipping address.
We also record portal activity such as completed onboarding steps, selected content, opportunity interest, program messages, tier progress, and discount or sales attribution associated with your athlete code.
Instagram information
If you choose to connect a professional Instagram account, Instagram may provide your account identifier, username, display name, profile image, and the media available through the permission screen you approve. Media details can include captions, media type, preview image, permalink, and posting time.
Team VADE does not request or store your Instagram password. The portal does not use this connection to read private messages, publish posts, send comments, or manage advertisements. You choose which eligible posts enter your VADE content library.
How we use information
We use this information to evaluate applications, operate the athlete program, secure member access, maintain the private team directory, coordinate opportunities, manage welcome-kit fulfillment, synchronize athlete discount codes, attribute eligible commerce, and display content and progress inside the portal.
Your member profile, including your photo, name, hometown, biography, interests, and social links, joins the Team VADE directory when you complete onboarding. Age, shipping details, private contact information, and individual performance data are not shown in the directory. Contact VADE for questions about your profile.
Service providers and security
We use service providers that help run the portal, including OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting and platform operations, Shopify for commerce and discount codes, and Meta/Instagram for an athlete-authorized social connection. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Instagram access tokens are stored as encrypted application data. Access is limited to the portal processes and authorized VADE administrators who need it to operate the program.
Retention, choices, and contact
We keep portal information while your membership is active and as reasonably needed for program operations, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. You can disconnect Instagram from My Content in Team VADE or revoke access through Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings. The in-portal disconnect clears the stored authorization and imported feed cache. A post you already selected for the Team VADE library remains until you request its removal.
